For lawn care, cleanups and ongoing maintenance we come out, look at the property and send you a written price. No card, no deposit, no obligation to hire. Tree work and hardscaping carry a $35 on-site assessment, credited to your invoice if you hire us.
April to September 2026, Gaithersburg and the rest of Montgomery County. “Most paid” is the middle half of the jobs: a quarter came in under that range and a quarter above, because no two properties are the same.
Weekly or every other week. Most properties landed at $53 a visit. Mow, trim, edge and blow off the hard surfaces.
A single overgrown cut, a reset before an event, a lawn brought back after a bad season. The biggest one this year was $1,600.
Leaves, beds, debris and haul-away. Price follows how much comes off the property and how hard it is to get a truck near it.
Edging, weeding and fresh mulch. Mulch itself runs from $150 a yard installed; the range depends on how many yards the beds take.
Tree work and hardscaping are not something anyone can quote honestly from a photo. We come out, measure, check access and safety, and write you a real price. That visit is $35 and it comes straight off your invoice if you hire us. If we cannot make it out to you, we refund it.
Two lawns on the same street can be quoted differently. These are the four things that actually change the number.
The single biggest factor. A quarter-acre lot and a one-acre lot are not the same afternoon.
A gate we cannot fit the mower through, a steep bank, or a long carry to the truck all add time.
Grass that has not been cut in six weeks is a different job from one on a schedule. First visits often cost more than the ones after.
