This page explains what information Life is Green Landscaping & Services LLC collects through this website, what we use it for and who we share it with. We keep it short and only describe what we actually do.
The information you give us.
When you ask for a quote, book a visit or request snow removal on this website, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and property address, and your email if you choose to add it.
- Your answers to the questions in the form (the service you need, your property, your timeline and any notes), and a company or property name if you add one.
- Any photo you choose to upload of the area you want us to look at.
- How you found us: the first page you opened on this site and the website that sent you (for example, Google or Facebook). This is attached to your request so we know which pages help people find us.
- If you pay for a visit online, the payment record (amount, date and whether it went through) that our payment processor sends back to us.
If you call, text or email us instead, we keep your phone number or email address and what you tell us about the job.
To answer you and do the work.
- To contact you about your request and give you an estimate.
- To schedule, plan and do the work at your property.
- To send you estimates, invoices, payment links and receipts, and to collect payment.
- To follow up about the work we did for you.
- To keep our own business records.
We call, text or email you only about the request you made and the work we do for you.
Texts about your request.
When you give us your mobile number on this website, you agree that Life is Green may text you about your request.
- We text you only about the request you made and the work we do for you: to confirm it, schedule a visit, send your estimate, invoice or payment link, and let you know when we are on the way.
- Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to any of our texts and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP, or call +1 (443) 925-9121, if you need help.
- We do not sell your mobile number or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We do not sell your information.
We share it only with the services we use to run our business, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe, which processes online payments. You enter your card on Stripe’s own checkout page, so we do not receive your full card number.
- The companies that host this website, store our business records (including your request and photos) and deliver our email notifications.
- The chat service behind the “Chat with us” button, if you use it: it receives the messages you type there.
We may also share information if the law requires us to.
How we measure the site.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. It records which pages are viewed and actions such as tapping Call or starting the quote form, without your name, phone number or address.
The “how you found us” note is kept in your browser only for your current visit (session storage, not a cookie) and only reaches us if you send a request.
Some pages show an embedded Google map, and the site loads its fonts from Google. When those load, Google receives your device’s IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. The payment page and the chat work the same way under Stripe’s and the chat provider’s own policies.
See, fix or delete your information.

We keep your information while we need it to serve you and for our business records. Some records, such as invoices and payments, we may need to keep for accounting and taxes even after you ask us to delete the rest.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
